The on and off couple were spotted having a makeout session while eating lunch in Toluca Lake, California. They were spotted at the Sweetsalt Food Shop and couldn't hold back their affection kissing in between each bite of food. The paparazzi were all over them and Miley tweeted, "Dear Paparazzi, please take your business else where. Go point your lenses at someone who wants the attention. Because I do not. Thanks."
