Fast Weight Loss Tips


Although it had been long time that you knew, you are getting fat, but now once most of the people have started saying the same, you realized, that you really want to get slimmer, smarter and attractive. You wanted to loose weight hurriedly, please hold on, take a breadth and get convinced, that its not a eye splashing process, it will take some time. Here are  few tips, through which you shall be loosing weight hurriedly and will be smarter only in a few days, without harming your body, your mind and your strength;
  1. Instead of resorting to a continuous 40-50 minutes strenuous exercise, adopt to 4-5 sets of 10 minutes normal exercises. University of Pittsburg research has proved it 14 ratio 20 pounds loss formula.
  2. Instead of going for a complete hour of exercise, take a break of 20 minutes after doing 30 minutes of exercise. This will provide a time lag, in which the fats would be burning. This will help in lost weight by 20% more.
  3. Take plenty of water (minimum 18-20 cups of water), again short quantity but numerous times, this will assist in better working of your kidneys and liver and reduce fat contents of body.
  4. Take lot of fruits and vegetables in raw form. This will not only keep your body strength at a level but also assist in reducing the weight.
  5. Take green tea or green tea pills (if you do not have time to take the tea). It will burn the fats at much faster rate. Approx 30-40 % more than usual.
  6. Take fiber rich diet, it will give you a feeling as if you are filled, and thus you will not be able to each much of food.
  7. Reduce the quantity of salt in your diet. (max 1 table spoon per day would be more than enough). Since this will help in working of your kidneys and burning of fats.
  8. Try not to skip your breakfast; however, you may skip your lunch, take fruits instead.
  9. Do not continue staying idle, rather go out and work.
  10. If you are really much concerned about your weight, please do not get carried away and do not start adopting The Alli Pills, Fasting, Fen-Phen, Diuretic Pills or Ipecac Syrup etc, since this way you are going to spoil your system.
  11. Use of lemon juice also helps a lot in reduction of weight, and its easily available too.
  12. Do not come closer to fried foods and do not take soda waters.
  13. Instead of taking two-three heavy servings, take five light servings in a day, but remember these should really be very light, and preferably of fruits and veges only.
  14. It’s a common nature, once you see something you love to eat, you feel like taking it a lot, I would not say you do not look towards it, rather you may take a small portion of that eatable, but once in a blue moon. It will keep you motivated also.

  • Reduce Sodium
  • Reduce Calories
  • Do not take food late at night
  • Take small quantities of meals
  • Do not exceed normal calories intake
  • Take proper exercise
