Kareena Kapoor's Halkat Jawani Video Song

The wait is finally over for all Kareena Kapoor fans who had been eagerly waiting for the release of her new item song Halkat Jawani.

The raunchy number from Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine was released last evening on social networking site Twitter, just a few hours after producers UTV tweeted another still of Kareena from the song.

The song has Kareena Kapoor showing off her fabulous curves in colourful ghagra cholis and a specially designed pink and black Manish Malhotra sari. The sari is reportedly going to auctioned off for charity.

The song, choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, has been sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and composed by brothers Salim-Sulaiman.

The movie will release on September 21, which is also Kareena's birthday, and co-stars Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda and Divya Dutta.

Kareena is currently in London with her fiancé Saif Ali Khan.

Heroine, the story of the rise and fall of an actress, is expected to be a critical success for Kareena and has already been compared to Vidya Balan's The Dirty Picture.

Kareena last appeared in Agent Vinod with Saif Ali Khan and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu with Imran Khan this year. She also made an item number appearance in Rowdy rathore starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha.

The makers, who have been regularly treating us to still from the song, believe that Halkat Jawani has all the masala and thumkas to beat Katrina Kaif's Chikni Chameli from Agneepath.
