Kim Kardashian was too much for her dress to handle.

Appearing at her Midori Makeover Parlour event, the socialite looked flawless from the front in a figure-hugging three-quarter emerald green dress. It seems the dress hugged her figure a little too tight, because from behind, it was a completely different story.

The dress had come unfastened, unzipping to expose her back and the strap of her bra.

When momager Kris Jenner couldn't fix the dress on the red carpet, Kim shrugged it offand powered through the promotional appearance, careful to face the cameras at all times.

The wardrobe malfunction is a time-honoured celebrity tradition.
