4 Fitness Myths

The experts have decided to collect the most popular myths about fitness as the way to lose weight and discredit them. So, what are the mistakes that women believe in?
  •  First of all, the doctors have confirmed that sweating does not mean training efficiently. Sweat is a part of the cooling system of the body, it prevents overheating. Thus, the more you sweat, the more liquid you lose. However, fat remains.
  • Training cannot guarantee where exactly you will lose inches. According to the expert Simon Ruse, the whole body is covered with a layer of fat, and one can build muscles under the adipose tissue. However, the difference becomes noticeable when a person loses a significant part of total fat.
  • The experts have appeased the women who are afraid of getting a body of a bodybuilder after intensive trainings. Women do not have so much testosterone in their body as men, and it prevents them from building “a mountain of muscles.”
  • It is not true that stretching before exercise reduces the risk of injury. The experts believe that it is better to spend 15 minutes warming up the body and performing the exercises that are similar to those that will be the main part of your training.
